大學時選擇視覺傳達系所為我的志願，而在裡面所學到的手繪、平面設計、電腦繪圖多種的科目中，最感興趣的是動畫，在大二時有幸跟台南藝術大學的前輩一起做公視偶動畫”雞媽媽的香蕉園”，擔任模型道具的製作，同時期也去了樹德科技大學所舉辦的softimage(XSI)動畫研習營，在大三也參加雲林科技大學的Maya動畫研討，在大四時，畢業製作為3d獨立製作動畫。
在退伍後，到數位內容學院於動畫菁英班研習八個月，也參與了美國卡通“Ben10”的Fourarms角色的動畫團隊製作，也製作3d立體眼鏡和裸眼立體動畫，體驗到不同於侷限在平面的真實感 。
